Integrations

Connected to the tools you already run on.

Accounting, identity, communication and finance tools synced, so the agent always works with the full picture.

Capabilities

What connects

Accounting and finance

QuickBooks, Xero and SAP, so payroll journals and settled expenses reach finance without a manual export.

Identity and productivity

Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 for provisioning and deprovisioning accounts as part of onboarding and exit.

Communication

Slack and Zoom, so approvals and reminders reach people where they already work instead of in another inbox.

Open API and webhooks

Everything the interface can do is available programmatically, with webhooks for reacting to events in your own systems.

How it fits together

Sitting alongside your stack rather than replacing it

An HR platform that requires you to abandon your accounting system is not solving your problem, it is relocating it and adding a migration. Teamio is built to read and write where your data already lives.

Integrations

Your stack, not a replacement for it

The integrations matter most for the agent, which can only act well on a complete picture.

What it looks like in practice

Onboarding raises the accounts a role needs. Offboarding revokes them. Both are steps in the same flow rather than a checklist someone works through after the fact.

Manual exports to finance

In practice

Where data crosses the boundary

The integrations that remove the most manual work, in rough order of impact.

  1. Payroll journals to finance

Exported after each run rather than re-keyed, which removes both the delay and the transcription errors that come with it.

  2. Settled expenses to accounting

Approved claims reach the ledger categorised, so finance is not re-classifying what an approver already classified.

  3. Account provisioning

Created during onboarding and revoked during offboarding, as steps in the same flow rather than a checklist worked through afterwards.

  4. Approvals into chat

Requests reach people where they already work, which is the single largest factor in how quickly a chain actually moves.

  5. Your own systems

The API exposes the same data the interface uses, under the same permission model, with webhooks for reacting to events as they happen.

FAQ

Common questions

Does the API use the same permissions as the interface?

Yes. An API token acts within the permissions of the account it belongs to, so integrating does not create a path around the access model.

Can you build an integration we need?

Custom integrations are available on Enterprise, and the open API covers most cases without bespoke work.

Does provisioning work in both directions?

Yes. Onboarding raises the accounts a role needs and offboarding revokes them, so access does not outlive employment.
